QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification Training
Launching Nov. 20, this exciting development has been shaped by invaluable feedback from a wide range of accounting firms and professionals. Throughout the year, we’ll launch new benefits and incentives, so that together, we can help power prosperity for our shared clients. I am certified in both the basic and advanced levels of QuickBooks Online. In addition, I teach a college accounting software class. Part of the class involves taking the free Intuit training and the basic certification exam.
- You’ll receive a grade for each section after you have submitted all five sections.
- I used the same tips for passing the Advanced certification.
- After logging into your QuickBooks Online Accountant profile visit the ProAdvisor menu and select “Your benefits”.
- Set yourself apart by showing clients your expertise with professional badges and certifications.
- Intuit has no control of when your changes will reflect on these sites.

While we were taking the exam, it helped us find the section in the training we needed to go to. The QBO training is eight sections, made up of 48 individual lessons. Yes, it will, and recertification frequency depends on the type of certification you hold. QuickBooks Online ProAdvisors need to recertify by June 30 each year to maintain their certifications. The Certification hub helps you increase your chances of passing the exam by helping you understand what it means to be a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and whether it’s right for you. You’ll see which topics are likely to be covered in the exam and get to try some sample questions.
- By the end of this course, you’ll identify which of your clients are a good fit for QuickBooks Online and build an action plan to successfully transition to the cloud.
- If you don’t pass after three tries, you have to wait 60 days before trying again.
- To begin the training, go to the ProAdvisor link found in the left menu bar of your QuickBooks Online Accountant screen and click on the Training tab to access the brand-new training portal.
- The system saves where you end a session, which enables you to pick up where you left off later.
- Support hours exclude occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance, company events, observed U.S. holidays and events beyond our control.
- You can take the exam up to three times if you don’t pass on your initial attempt.
